Donations Palm Beach Shambhala Meditation Center is a nonprofit organization run by volunteers. All of our funds come from tuition and donations from program participants, friends and members. These contributions can be considered a reinvestment in our own practice because they allow the Center to purchase books and materials, offer dharmic programs and community events, arrange transportation and housing for our program directors, and further our vision to create a permanent place of practice for the sangha as a whole. Tuition and donations are a way to express appreciation for what our Center offers -- free meditation instruction and practice opportunities, a clearly defined path of practice and study, a range of community activities and more, for the benefit of all, and to help make the same opportunities available to others.
