with Eric Rainbeau

March 6th

Date details +

Join us for an evening look at what makes Shambhala Buddhism a unique blend of Spiritual and Secular Principles relevant to our lives in recovery. As NA's Basic Text reminds us "These are the principles that made our recovery possible". During the course of the evening, we will look at some of the core principles and concepts of the Buddhist and Shambhala teachings and how they apply to our day to day lives in recovery.

The suggested donation is $5 – $10. This greatly helps to support these types of programs at the Shambhala Center as well as provide snacks for the evening’s post-program reception.
